Hodei Technology LLC is partnering with World Housing Solution Inc. and iCoreConnect Inc. to combine its technologies to make available new ADA compliant off-grid portable licensed healthcare facilities (Clinic on Wheels). This new offering will provide an advanced level of connectivity and communication capabilities that offer a continuity of care in disaster areas not previously available.
Hodei Technology and World Housing Solution will showcase the use of HCview GEMINI with the new Clinics on Wheels at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Conference from February 11-15, 2019 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. At HIMSS, Hodei Technology, along with its partners, will be providing live demonstrations of this new concept with international, federal, state and local government healthcare leaders.
Hodei Technology is excited about the opportunity to have its innovative healthcare delivery solution utilized to help improve the access to and quality of care delivered to areas hit by disasters. One of only a handful of Glass Partners world-wide focused on healthcare, Hodei Technology developed a proprietary and patented use for Glass Enterprise Edition; HCview GEMINI – a first-person POV system. GEMINI works with Glass technology to provide real-time, HIPAA compliant, two-way audiovisual collaboration between medical professionals to oversee or direct patient care.
Hodei Technology’s assisted-reality platform has helped improve access to healthcare in remote communities by permitting live on-demand connectivity to provide real-time medical expertise when needed. Now with iCoreConnect’s software utilization with GEMINI being made available with Clinics on Wheels, first responders and healthcare professionals in disaster areas have access to real-time telemedical consultations and the ability to capture a HIPPA compliant medical record from first contact triage through discharge to a mainstream healthcare facility. When patients arrive at the nearest hospital, their medical records from the mobile clinic in the disaster area are readily available, expediting their care with increased accuracy.
